$39 + tax per month, charged automatically
Sales tax is processed at the Sumner County, Tennessee sales tax rate
This is a recurring monthly membership
Your card will be automatically charged each month on the same calendar date the membership is purchased
Holidays or bank processing schedules may impact the exact processing date
Cancel anytime with no long-term commitment
Pricing is based on your child’s date of birth and may be subject to increase; members will always be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Once your child reaches age 3, the price does not increase.
