FAQs

What makes Play Gallatin different from other play spaces?
Play Gallatin was designed by parents, for parents. It’s more than just a playground—it’s a coworking space, a community hub, and a place for adults to relax while kids play in an inclusive, enriching environment.

Do I need to reserve our playpasses beforehand? Or can we just how up?

You purchase your tickets and memberships at the door!
Looking to book a party? You can do that HERE.

If I purchase an all day pass, can I leave and come back?

For sure. Your all day pass will work from open to close.

Is there a discount for multiple kids?

Yes. Play passes are $29 for the first child and $19 for each additional sibling.

Is the indoor playground safe and inclusive?
Yes! Our equipment is designed for kids of all abilities, with features that support climbing, exploring, and social play. With that said, all guests who utilize the play space must fill out a waiver.

Can parents really work while kids play?
Absolutely. We created Play Gallatin with both productivity and peace of mind in mind. Parents can plug into our coworking lounge, catch up on emails, or just enjoy a moment to themselves—all while keeping an eye on their children in a safe, clean space.

Can I drop my kids off at Play Gallatin?
For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in our space. Play Gallatin is designed for families to enjoy together—whether that means joining in the play, catching up on work, or relaxing nearby.

What’s available at the self-serve tap wall?
Our tap wall features a rotating selection of local craft beers and other beverages. It’s a casual, family-friendly perk for parents who want to unwind while their kids play.
